El Cid El Moro Beach (Adults Only), Mazatlan

I had a fantastic week at the hotel, with excellent service and a very enjoyable all-inclusive dining experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pools. However, the air conditioning in the room was pretty loud, making it uncomfortable at times. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great value for a family-friendly vacation.

I had high hopes for my stay, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. While some staff members were friendly and the pool area was nice, the room experience was far from luxurious. The constant noise from nearby nightclubs ruined the peaceful atmosphere I was hoping for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of a proper response from management regarding our concerns.

My stay at El CID Moro Beach was nothing short of fantastic! The views were absolutely spectacular, especially during breakfast when I could watch the sunrise over the ocean. The staff made the experience even better with their attentive service. However, I found the all-inclusive dining package misleading and had a disappointing meal at Castillo’s Restaurant. Overall, an amazing place to relax, just be cautious about dining options.
